Pete Smith has over the years been heavily involved with firstly creating events,managing events and then supervising them to a successful conclusion.

These can range from School Jubilees,Rugby Club milestones like Centennial's or yearly class reunions and sporting teams year reunions. Pete's skill is to keep the events fresh and new rather than just repeating events of the past.Pete has also been involved with sports peoples benefit seasons activities.He has found over the years that for an event to be successful it must include things that will capture the general publics attention and then guarenteeing the mass market attendance at these events.In planning Pete belives the key is to find the ingredient that will "spin the public's wheels"!!

Pete Smith has established himself as a fine, competent and professional MC. His portfolio includes Fundraising functions, Luncheons, Dinners and Corporate Events.

Since 1996 Pete Smith has acted as a professional Tour Guide involving All Black supporters tours both in New Zealand and Overseas. These have included four Rugby World Cups and Grand Slam Tours. Along with that have been Cricket Supporters Tours and Golf Tournaments.

Pete Smith has worked in the media since 1996 and still does for Canterbury's own Star Media (CTV). During this time Pete has hosted, written, prepared and developed programmes from sports, news, sales, talkback, advertising, commentaries and panel shows.

Pete can also advise and assist companies and organisations with media opportunities. Assembling and producing high quality content.

Fundraising

Many National and Local Organisations have benefitted from Pete Smith’s ability to raise significant amounts of money. Pete has a wide of experience selling and building sponsorship and event packages.
